Delivery to Kinshasa only, with two options:

◦ Express: 24 hours (order confirmed before 1 p.m., Monday to Friday)
Pricing based on zones A to E (automatically calculated when ordering).

Receipt of order
Upon delivery, we encourage you to carefully check your items before signing the delivery slip. This signature confirms receipt of your order in perfect condition. Once validated, no claims regarding possible breakages or damage will be accepted.
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days to return an unused product in its original packaging. Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the items.
